When I use the scroll of my "Magic Mouse" within COT VNC, it always "bounces" back a few lines. I turned off "elastic" scrolling in OSX and it stopped the bounce back behavior in Chrome, but not much else.

Is there a way to stop this behavior in COT VNC?
