[XMLFormatter] Wrong tag name with dots

When tag names contain dots, one empty space is inserted before it while formatting.

See:

<abobora.pimentao><alface.chicoria>teste</alface.chicoria></abobora.pimentao> (note the dots in the tag names)

Will be formatted into (note the spaces before the dots in tag names):

<abobora .pimentao>
<alface .chicoria>
teste
</alface .chicoria>
</abobora .pimentao>

New files are saved in double-byte format

New files created with ProgEdit are now saved in a two-bytes format.

When files are modified, their original format is kept.

Ctrl+Alt+Down is not working

When you put the cursor over a word and press Ctrl+Alt+Down inside the editor, the next occurrence of that word is searched and selected. But, if you press Ctrl+Alt+Down again, it doesn't work.

Ctrl+Alt+Up seems to be working fine.

Tag names are wrong after formatting when they contain non-alphanumeric characters.

Example:

<log4j:configuration> becomes <log4j --space-- :configuration>
<appender-ref> becomes <appender --space -ref>
