syntax error around password/username preventing logonin sql

Hi Eric or?

I have installed live help using fantastico through cpanel
I am getting an error message something to do with
syntax in SQL syntax as listed in the error message
below. I did look at data.sql but I am not competent
enough to work out what I should change in the syntax
surrounding password/username

live help comes up but does not aaccept user/password
details

Can somebody assist

Error 550 deleting.

Hi, i installed livehelp using the textfile database
method. I decided to remove livehelp by deletion but it
wint let me delete the contents of the "txt-database"
folder using WS_FTP, it says 550 /url.com/txt-
database/..... Operation not permitted.
Is there any script i can use to re-gain permission for
this and delete these die-hard files?

When I am doing live help, from the admin point of view,
everything that happeneds, happeneds twice. It sends
the messages twice, says I am sending a message
twice. Any suggestions?

I receive the following error every few hours or so:

The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time
for processing. The server has deleted the process.

How do I correct this issue?

Browser Refreshing

I see that the admin end page constantly refereshes. Is
this piece of software going ot be a bandwidth and cpu
hog? Does it have to refresh that frequently? is htere a
way to slow it down?

Problem:

as a client using Live Help how i erase msg history
posted in the board as a client chatting with the
operator?

I ended the session using the log out button however
reentering the chat as client the immediate appearance
that pop out was the previous session i have.

how i am going to erase the msg history using the live
help program as a client. i do NOT have a problem as
Operator.

Could anobody help me how im going to solve the
problem?
