&lt;p&gt;I have installed live help using fantastico through cpanel &lt;br /&gt;
I am getting an error message something to do with &lt;br /&gt;
syntax in SQL syntax as listed in the error message &lt;br /&gt;
below. I did look at data.sql but I am not competent &lt;br /&gt;
enough to work out what I should change in the syntax &lt;br /&gt;
surrounding password/username&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;live help comes up but does not aaccept user/password &lt;br /&gt;
details&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can somebody assist&lt;/p&gt;

method. I decided to remove livehelp by deletion but it &lt;br /&gt;
wint let me delete the contents of the "txt-database" &lt;br /&gt;
folder using WS_FTP, it says 550 /url.com/txt-&lt;br /&gt;
database/..... Operation not permitted.&lt;br /&gt;
Is there any script i can use to re-gain permission for &lt;br /&gt;
this and delete these die-hard files? &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;as a client using Live Help how i erase msg history &lt;br /&gt;
posted in the board as a client chatting with the &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I ended the session using the log out button however &lt;br /&gt;
reentering the chat as client the immediate appearance &lt;br /&gt;
that pop out was the previous session i have.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;how i am going to erase the msg history using the live &lt;br /&gt;
help program as a client. i do NOT have a problem as &lt;br /&gt;
Operator. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could anobody help me how im going to solve the &lt;br /&gt;
problem?&lt;/p&gt;
