Shortcut keys

It would be great if we could assign shortcut keys to
launch Vim within Outlook. Perhaps this functionality
already exists? If so please add some information to
the readme file.

The tool is great btw. Thanks a lot!

Control commands sent to vim

Configure Vim (through the autocmd feature) to run a
script (currently mailmsg.js) after writting the buffer to
disk.

It would be nice if we had control over this stream, or
instead of creating a .txt file, we could create a (oms,
Outlook Message) extenstion. That way, we could use
the filetypes in VIM to configure vim for what we need.

I wanted to change my expandtab option and enable
some functions (for example).

read-only outlook compose window

Once we choose EditInVim, it will be nice if the outlook
compose window is made read-only so that it can be
edited only from vim. While composing a message over
time with breaks in between, I forgot that the mail
already exists in a vim window, and changed the outlook
window. Later I forgot about this and continued changing
the vim window and saved it, voila, the earlier change got
overwritten.

Better yet, it will be nice to sync in both directions. As
soon as the focus is lost from outlook window, the temp
file should be updated with the contents and again as
soon as the focus is gained, it should be read back. So
this will allow vim to detect a change in the external file
and prompt user to read it back. The user can take care
of it, if it is already in insert mode. This doesn't require
the outlook window to be made read-only.
