user, group and other.
ACL or JFS allow to let a file be readable by two
persons of different Unix group with no permission
for others.
I found at
http://search.cpan.org/search?dist=Decision-ACL
that there is an ACL module for Perl.

Implementing it into cvswebclient means replace calls
to -r, opendir, open perl built-in functions by calls
to the ACL Module.

Do you have an idea whether this feature is of interest
for
you (it is for me since my environment uses ACL) and
when it could be implemented ?

Thank you very much.

Thanks to all the developers on this project.

I have a request for an additional feature for this software.
We would like to be able to upload, checkin, and commit
and entire directory to the CVS repository.

Thanks.

Using http I can retrive a file from source forge using a url like :

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/debugger/readme.txt?rev=1.1.1.1&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup&cvsroot=dws

Or retrive a directory list with :

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/debugger/?cvsroot=dws

This is ok.
But I want to implement support to my simple CVS tool. This is a application who compares files in a LAN. But I want it to be able to compare with the files in SourceForge.
But to do it I will need to can get the files from URL in plain text. Without the HTML stuff. Or if possible in a comma separated values format to the directory listing and the file infos.
Of course a simple way of update files can be good too.
Are there anything like this in the project ?

Thanks.
