Fail to check put....

Hi,
I have my CVS Web Client set up. I have gone thru the
installation procedue and installed correctly. Now when
I want to check in any code I click on import new file
to this directory link and import the file. But when I
want to check out , What should I do? Is there any
check out link or button?

All I did I was clicking on download button when I was
getting teh file with zero byte size or sometime error.

So I will highly appreciate if one can give me the
insight how to go about it to solve this.
