#117 Randomly selected graphic used for "Warning" admonition
The dblatex tree contains two different "warning" figures one under latex/graphics/warning.{pdf,eps}, the other one under latex/contrib/db2latex/graphics/warning.{pdf,eps}
Which one is returned by kpathsea is random and depends on the subdirectory order.
$> ls -U ./latex/
$> TEXINPUTS=./latex/ kpsewhich warning.pdf
This can be fixed by renaming the admonition figures, both the files and the reference in param.xsl.
