Notes from testing dblatex nb locale copared to docbook-xsl

Here are my notes from building

sure which of these are considered bugs.</url:>

Note, my goal here is to test the default behaviour and compare it to
the docbook-xsl edition of docbook. I know a lot of this can be worked
around using overrides, having done so every time I make a book, but as
I believe requiring such overrides to et good looking books scare users
away, I hope the defaults can be fixed.

Front page:

• Useless/unwanted header with duplicate book title and page number
• Missing author and editor information
• Missing publisher at the bottom

Second page

• Useless/unwanted header with book title and page number
• Missing book name and author information
• Missing publication date

Third page

• Impossible to translate the table titles and row headers in locale
  xml file.

Fifth page / Table of content

• Part structure 'blead' over to glossary and the rest of the book.
  Only two parts in this docbook source.

Page 10 / 'first chapter title, empty chapter label'.

• Table content 'Span Both' should be higher in the cell.

• Untranslated 'Equation 0.1'

• Missing xref handlings for qandaentry, note, caution, warning, tip,
  important and procedure.

• Using different gentext key than docbook-xsl. dblatex uses 'step',
  not 'Step' in xref. Also 'tip' instead of 'Tip', 'note' instead of
  'Note', 'caution' instead of 'Caution', 'important' instead of
  'Important' and 'warning' instead of 'Warning' for the block
  titles.

• Example title is not translated.
• Uses gentext key 'msglevel' instead of 'MsgLevel', 'msgorig'
  instead of 'MsgOrig', 'msgaud' instead of 'MsgAud' and 'answer'
  instead of 'Answer.

Page 17:

• Missing 'Second part intro title'

Page 20 / glossary

• Uses incorrect quotes, docbook-xsl uses templates for see and
  seealso entries.
• Uses getext key 'glosssee' instead of 'GlossSee' and 'glossseealso'
  instead of 'GlossSeeAlso'.

Page 22 / bibliography

• Uses incorrect quotes for title of "A Guide To XML"

Page 34 / references

• Not using 'name' gentext value. Differently formatting than manual
  pages and docbook-xml.

Page 37 / index

• Got 'Chapter' header, should not.
• The symbol list should have a 'Symbol' header, not just underscore.
• The entries starting with æøå should be sorted after Q, not as
  symbols.
