If user enters a negative amount for free and clear market
value, a WARNING is generaged
"CurrentFreeAndClearMarketValue: negative financial
amount. Instead, if a person enters a zero, the message is
is " an error instead of a warning (Appraised Free and
Clear Market Value: missing.)
If a negative is not allowed, seems this should be an error
too... what do you think?
