#225 print preview problem with messages off
On the statement of operations, if the messages button is
unchecked, the content of the document is empty in print
preview. With messages checked, the content reappears.
By content, I mean the body of the page, not the title or
margin. this doesn't happen on property profile or stmt of
disposition.

Correction: actually, with messages off, the body of the page
appears on page 2. So, if you print the document, the title and
margin prints on page 1 and the body of the doc prints on page 2
