#232 select prop type hit down arrow twice
This is a very minor bug, but this should operate like all
other drop down lists. When selecting a property type,
must hit the down arrow twice before a property type
becomes highlighted ... for all other drop-down lists, you
only have to hit down arrow once. ...... this is when not
using the mouse.
