Calendar: Improvements for the messagebox

The messagebox should show the date/time when the event
has been scheduled.
Additionally it should have a "Remind me again in ..."
option. If the user uses this option the event should
be rescheduled. If the item is repeatable it should
just be rescheduled as if it were at this later
date/time. Only when the user presses OK it should be
recalculated for the next time it is scheduled
regularly. This would only affect normal items as bills
and countdowns dont have a messagebox.

Calendar: Add a countdown event

A new event type of Countdown would be nice. The event
should behave similar to the bill grid, as that it will
not need a messagebox, but the grid should be updated
with the time until the event is reached, and
optionally the time expired after the event has been
reached, untilt the user disables the event.

Calendar: Split the input event dialog in smaller chunks

The input event dialog is currently to big. You need at
least a resolution of 1024 or higher to operate it. The
repeat options should be put in a seperate dialog as
they are not always needed and would reduce the size by
half.

Calendar: Make the grid hideable

If events are highlighted it would be good to make the
grid hideable to reduce the size of the dialog.

Calendar: Highlight days with an event in the button view

In the top view where the days are displayed only the
todays button is highlighted. It would be a good idea
to highlight also all buttons which have an event
associated with it with different colours.

Calendar: Add an option dialog

Add an option dialog where the user can store some
default options like:
Monday or Sunday first day of Week
Enable debug info
Automatically save size of dialog and columns.
Edit the order of events in the grid (i.e. Bills first)
Show a messagebox also for billevents (or make it an
additional option).

Calendar: Add an icon or marker to repeatable events

It would be nice to have a marker or an icon on a row
if the event is repeatable, so you can immediately see
it in the view without clicking on the event.

Calendar: Save size and position when exiting

When exiting the application the size and position of
the main window should be stored, and when the
application starts again it should use these values.
Also the sizes of the columns in the event grids should
be stored (per event type) and restored on next startup.
