Some compiler options of the project we're almost randomly switched off or on (yes to no and no to yes). Today's release fixes this problem.

The new files are in the same location (bloodshed.net or sf.net)
sizes are:
devcpp-4.9.9.2_nomingw_setup.exe - 2,465,979 bytes
devcpp-4.9.9.2_setup.exe - 9,326,468 bytes

do not use those, those have compiler problem
devcpp-4.9.9.2_nomingw_setup.exe - 2,464,172 bytes
devcpp-4.9.9.2_setup.exe - 9,331,760 bytes
