`db2x_teximl' does not honor `--to-stdout'

Hi,

`db2x_texixml' (as of 0.8.8) does not honor `--to-stdout', i.e.:

docbook2texi --to-stdout stuff.xml

creates a file instead of writing the Texinfo output to stdout.

Conversely, when combined with `--info', `--to-stdout' works, so that:

docbook2texi --to-stdout --info stuff.xml

really writes the Info output to stdout.

The attached patch fixes the first case.
