BACKGROUND:
Today eCom is only distributed in english.

SOLUTION:
We need to design a database to easily change the
language. All parts of the eCom system should be
affected by this language database.

PROBLEM:
Speed. Perhaps it will be slow to search for strings
in the database.

BENEFITS:
Added customer value.
