This happened to a link to a non-docs2site page that had a permalink (non-docs2site pages need no permalink).&lt;br /&gt;

The workaround is to have these links to other sites (including &lt;a href="http://sites.google.com/a/yourdomain/\" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://sites.google.com/a/yourdomain/\&lt;/a&gt;) listed in the second, third or fourth level of the menu.&lt;br /&gt;

These items currently have to be updated with a specifically crafted URL. &lt;p&gt;We did not test an iframe, though I'm not sure you can put one in a Google Doc.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The current workaround is to embed the iframe to the calendar in an HTML and FTP that page to the site.  Then put a link to that page into the Google Doc.&lt;br /&gt;
