If the calendar email addresses were listed in the menu, they could be summarized into an iframe. This would allow non-FTP users to add or remove calendars on the public viewing calendar composite. A related feature would be to allow viewers to add calendars that were listed in the menu spreadsheet, but toggled not to be in the initial (default) view.
If a site admin has FTP access to delete the /data/menu.csv file, then they would also be able to re-initialize the site with a different menu. If no menu.csv file exists, prompt the user for a Spreadsheet URL to download. If the same Spreadsheet URL is in that menu, accept it as the new menu.csv. If the URL is not in the menu, inform the user to put it in the menu.
This will require more than one CSS file. In the Presentation mode, the title of the site should appear along with the page name above the menu and the header page need not be displayed. In an effort to allow for future alterations, the names of the CSS files should be Presentation.css and Doc.css.
