modification and replace the old document with a newer&lt;br /&gt;
version.  I'd like to propose a capability that would&lt;br /&gt;
allow an assignment of a group of people to allow&lt;br /&gt;
document modifications.  The best method is probably a&lt;br /&gt;
check box upon the original submittal to allow only the&lt;br /&gt;
project admin or the group to edit a particular document.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would like to allow a defined project team to have&lt;br /&gt;
update rights to all documents saved for that project.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Of course, in order for this to work, you need to be&lt;br /&gt;
