milestones, including 'add new').&lt;br /&gt;
2. a breakdown of sub-items for each task.&lt;br /&gt;
3. current demo does not adequately allow snap shot &lt;br /&gt;
monitoring of where a project is at, what's left to &lt;br /&gt;
completion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;naming a project does not go far enough for real life &lt;br /&gt;
usage.  One of the most difficult and time consuming &lt;br /&gt;
tasks of running multiple projects is knowing&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;a. what the customer bought.&lt;br /&gt;
b. items necessary to complete contract.&lt;br /&gt;
c. estimated completion time per task.&lt;br /&gt;
d. actual completion time per task.&lt;br /&gt;
e. causes of delays to completion of task.&lt;br /&gt;
f. activities that can be completed simulaneously.&lt;br /&gt;
g. activities that rely on prior task completion.&lt;br /&gt;
h. customer changes to original contract.&lt;br /&gt;
i. billable vs. included changes.&lt;/p&gt;
