When I try and run it as any other user (including users who have the exact same rights and group policies as me) nothing happens.

When I run
java -jar i:\programs\DrJava\drjava-stable-20130901-r5756.jar from a command line as myself, DrJava opens up no problem.

When I run
java -jar i:\programs\DrJava\drjava-stable-20130901-r5756.jar from a command line as
another user, DrJava throws out the following
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at edu.rice.cs.drjava.DrJava.handleCommandLineArgs(DrJava.java:456)
at edu.rice.cs.drjava.DrJava.main(DrJava.java:243)

We are running JRE 7u17, and I have also tried this with JDK 7u40.
We are running Windows 7 SP1 as the PC OS.

I have tried this on several different machines, as many different users, the only one that can open DrJava without error seems to be me. I have even moved the files local to the C drive, still the same result.

any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
