Could a command line option be added to turn off
writing data to the audio track?
I can write out a "dv" format file under Mac OS X,
and view it in Quicktime, and I see the Penguin
and the title, picture perfect, but when I try and
dump to tape using some Quicktime hacks, the
bottom ffew rows of the picture have turned to
rainbows. I suspect that this might because I have
not figured out how to tell the codec to write data to
the audio track. Turning it off until I figure out how
would be helpful.
This feature might be handy for others with
different Camcorders and systems configurations
as well.
