Can you help me with the attached datadownload for a client with year-end in March?

Please see attached: you will see that the ratios highlighted in yellow for the month March column and the year-end March column in the Monthly Tracker tab are different.

Can you please change the formulas in the tab ‘Monthly Ratio’ such that the ratios are using ‘March 2006’ for calculations of average potfolio size?

Best,

Weighted average maturity of liabilities

Dear David et Antoine,

Can you please help make the following change in the datadownload?
In Tab R2, under “Currency Analysis’ the datadownload should pick up the information currently appearing in the Monthly Reports in rows 9010 – 9190 as pictured below. Currently, the download is coming out blank because it is looking to the Semi-Annual reports for the data, but we have changed the reports such that it is now the Monthly Report that has this data.

9010

REQUEST :

Dear Antoine, David and ITS,

Could you help with the following error messages we are receiving and make the following corrections/revisions to the Due Diligence section of EZBO?

In Mozilla always, and sometimes in Internet Explorer, under Due Diligence, Due Diligence Reports, when we try to enter new values or notes we frequently get a ‘critical error’ message. Can you please correct such that we can enter in our grades?
Under Due Diligence, Due Diligence Reports, New Values, when trying to enter text notes, we often get a ‘critical error message’. Matteo was unable to download any MFI reports for Mozambique yesterday. Can you please correct such that we can enter our text notes?
Whenever you select an MFI, for example Acleda, all the gradings and all the notes appear and this is fine. But if you change the MFI, for example by clicking LifeBank Rural Bank, all the gradings and notes are still related to Acleda and not the latter MFI selected. Can you please correct?
Under Due Diligence, External rating, “Add a Rating”, can you please add two names: Moody’s, GCR

Unfortunately, it seems that this part of the system still has ‘bugs’ such that the analysts are hesitant to store information there. I think most of the team is still storing our notes and grades in Word documents.

Best,

Datadownload

FROM : jch

In Column C of the Monthly Ratio tab of the DataDownload_Direct file, I believe Column C, specifically, cells C17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28 (any cell that is taking an average in the denominator) are referencing Column I (i.e. December 2005) in the LOOKUP page when calculating averages.

They should be referencing Column H (the most recent year-end, i.e. December 2006).

Dear ITS, David and Antoine,
Matteo and I were entering grades in the Due Diligence Report under “Due Diligence” in the EZBO system. We had the following problem:
1. We entered a new date of 15-12-06 as this is when we had our visits.
2. We clicked “new values” entered in some grades, hit ‘update’ at the bottom of the page and ‘validate’ at the top.
3. The system accepted these grades.
4. We then tried to change some of the grades we entered under ’15-12-06” and were unable to. (We tried ‘refresh’, ‘reject’)/
5. We could only change information under today’s date, 19-4-07.
Can you please let us know how we can edit/change grades for Selected Dates in the past?

All Financial Reports - invalid total

FROM : mma
