install the eclipse web tools 2.01&lt;br /&gt;
got to Help/software updates/find and install/search for new features to install&lt;br /&gt;
Click new remote site.&lt;br /&gt;
Name: android&lt;br /&gt;
Url: &lt;a href="http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Makse sure only that site is selected.&lt;br /&gt;
Click finish&lt;br /&gt;
select the android/Developer tools checkbox&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I get a message :&lt;br /&gt;
Eclipse Web tools editors (2.0.1) requires plug-in "system.bundle".&lt;/p&gt;
