Interface Bugs

I would like to first say, I find this a small but beautiful program that fits my needs. I enjoy using it and would like to help make it better. To that end I would like to note a few bugs:
1) After filling in a line of text in a child note, I inserted a symbol (Insert-Symbol), I chose the symbol font for the insert, and then chose a symbol. The correct symbol was inserted and then the entire line was changed to that font.
2) I copied an pasted a line of text that contained a symbol font character and all other text changed to the symbol font on pasting.
3) When starting the program it opens as a very small box in the center of the screen. It would be nice if it would open the previously used note file.
4) The menu item Format-Color-Choose Note Color does not do anything. The same is true for the icon to change Note Color.

I am running Windows-2000.

I am eagerly awaiting updates and would like to express my gratitude for the availability of this program.
