The new "only path entries matching" option would be even more useful if one could exclude certain paths, e.g. exclude all classes ending with "test.java". Using regular expressions to specify the included/excluded paths could solve that.
Discussion
Unfortunatelly "path entries" only refers to the *path*, not to single classes. Even if I would add regular expressions, they will still apply to the path names, not to class names.
Filtering on Java source file or Java class file level (there is no trivial relationship between them!) will require a major rework of the existing implementation -- that might take place but not in the near future.
