Yes !! It would be really good !
We have a complex Eclipse formatter, it's the only reason we can't adopt Checkstyle.

Probably the most difficult thing to do with the CheckStyle plugin is that if you already have an existing Eclipse formatting xml file in use and then need to create your CheckStyle profile around it. It takes a very long time to find all the different rules and adjust them to fit the formatting used.

It would be really nice if I could point to the formatting xml and the CheckStyle plugin creates the profile from that.
