#167 Support relative paths using a project relative configuration file
Please add support for a relative path to the configuration file when using a Project Relative configuration. Ideally remove any code the strips out relative path characters before the path is converted to an absolute path. I have a shared configuration file used for multiple projects and I should not have to duplicate the file just for the Eclipse plugin to work.
