Generating stubs should check project deps

When a compiler other than the Sun/Oracle implementation is used to generate stubs, a dependency on the ORB library for that compiler is introduced. The ECP should automatically add the dependency to the project if it is a Java compiler and project.

Editor should flag multiply defined symbols

If the same identifier is used more than once in a scope, subsequent uses should be marked as an error.

new IDL Compiler support

I love the parser, but I don't use OpenORB or JacOrb. I would love the ability to add a different ORB and IDL compiler. Right now, the buttons exist, but they don't seem usable in the plugin.

Support for other flavours of IDL

There are several other IDL-like languages around. The two I've considered the most likely to develop for are:

SLICE (the definition language for ICE)
AIDL (Android IDL, from the Google Android project)

ECP could be modified with a little effort to support these languages, sharing some of the editor/browser code.

include files

It would be useful to be able to specify a list of directories to search for include files. Not all of our IDL files are in the same subdirectory.

Example:

// Global is located somewhere else, and is common to many idl files.
#include "Global.idl"
#include "Other.idl"

IDL3 and CorbaComponents

It would be nice if you include support for IDL3 and Corba Components
syntax.
