Complete with documentation, copyright notices, easy installation and... no examples. Examples will follow in a couple of days :]
It's a beta and probably has some bugs, but it works pretty nicely. Next on the list is the input module, which is mostly written (needs to be documented though). Expect it sometime in the next few weeks.

More Progress

Ah, good progress. I finished writing the stream and CD classes, including documentation. This puts the sound module at approximately 95% completion, with just a few unimportant initialization and shutdown functions to worry about.
School starts in two days, so beta release might be delayed a while, but probably within the next week.
I've already got a working model of the input module (which is next on the list), that shouldn't take very long.

Progress, Vacation....

I have finished writing the 'Sample' class and accompanying functions that deal with it (complete with documentation) that are part of the sound module, which is now labeled eSound.
While this is good progress, still left are various misc. functions like initizlization, shutdown, master volume etc. as well as the class that deals with streams. Sadly, I will never finish all of that before I leave on the 11th, it will have to wait till August when I get back...
In the mean time, I am uploading the eSound documentation - while it lacks an introduction, it has a reference that may give you a taste of the future. Unless stated otherwise, all functions detailed in the reference are implemented.

Till August then, and enjoy your summer!

It Starts...

I am currently working on the FMOD bindings for python that will be used in Element. Progress is good and I excpect them (and the whole interface)to be done within two weeks.
