#15 Page gets cropped & page sizes incorrect
Printing from Word is nearly correct, however warning message appears stating: "The margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area ...."
This crops the border around the page. However using PDFCreator, MS XPS, or AutoDesk DWF works fine. See attached samples. Also used Word & OOo's Writer to export directly to PDF & XPS. All other options seem to work fine.
What I've noticed though is that when I try to print to EMF from some other programs (like the DWF Viewer) EMF Printer appear to only have an A4 size page and the pages then get cropped.
