This tool looks like much more than what I need (I only need emf output) but unfortunately, I cannot install this on my 64bit XP machine:

sorry but WinXP 64bit driver model would require quite various changes to the source code and I don't have time to make them. If you manage to write a working patch however I'd be glad to integrate it!
