I have gotten and uninstalled the apo and reinstalled the apo like 3 times and it still didnt fix it so basically whatever I do to my mic it does it to my audio to is there anyway to fix this?
I'm not sure what you mean by "to my mic it does it to my audio". Do you mean that using an Equalizer APO command (feature) on the mic also affects other audio devices? If so then this is easy solved by having a device selection command (choosing the mic) before any other mic commands. That ensures that the commands are only done on the mic.
Let me know if the above was the issue. As there is another matter in Windows with Bluetooth audio devices which causes Equalizer APO not to work at all.

So basically whenever I use Equalizer APO and I do a Preamplification are any plugin it does the same thing to my audio (I'm using bluetooth headphones) (I saw a post about this like 2022 and I tried that and it didnt fix it) and I have tried what you told me to do and it didnt work either

By default all commands are done on every audio devices on which Equalizer APO is installed on, hence inserting a device selection command to ensure that that doesn't happen. This command must come before any other command for the mic.
Also, it may be that Equalizer APO isn't working on a device, in your case the mic, after installing Equalizer APO onto it. For this there some so-called troubleshooting options available in the Device Selector / Configurator. But usually for a mic the problem lies with an app using the mic in exclusive mode (WASAPI exclusive). Windows doesn't allow any Audio Processing Objects (APO, read sound effects/enhancements) on a device when in this exclusive mode. The solution is to force all apps to shared mode (see screenshot).
If the above doesn't fix the mic then you might try the APO techniques (Install as dropdown box) at the mentioned troubleshooting options.
And for Bluetooth devices (mics, headphones, speakers, etc.) there's another Windows issue causing Equalizer APO not to work. Let me know if the mic is a Bluetooth mic (of a headset for instance) and I explain what can be done.
I'm using apple airpod max headphones while using the pc bluetooth and I tried those settings above and its still not working it just messes with my headphones and does nothing to my mic and Im using a HyperX Quatcast mic and for the APO techniques I couldnt find where that download was but I did try the troubleshooting in device selecter.

I'm guessing that you mean that commands like pre amp are done also on the headphones. If so, have you done like shown in the attached screenshot?
The APO techniques become visible when clicking on the HyperX Quatcast mic iin the Device Selector and checking the "Troubleshooting options" check box. When unchecking the "Auto" check box you can select another APO technique. Trying it out is done clicking on the "Ok" button. Notice that it's all a bit inconvenient. As developer of the Peace Equalizer I have thought about making my own "Device Selector" app.
Yes I mean the command like the pre amp does it to my headphones to, okay It works on my mic now I troubleshooted it to LFX/GFX but it is still doing it to my headphones

Great to know that LFX/GFX did the trick. It can be annoying sometimes. I've been lucky up till now.
That's only because by default Equalizer APO is doing everything on every audio device. Can you make a screenshot of your Configuration Editor setup? Or even better, attached config.txt or the other file in which you have your mic commands, to your next post?

As you're new to Equalizer APO perhaps you can take a look at the Peace Equalizer of which I'm the developer. It's much easier than the Configuration Editor.
Looking at your screenshot I don't see a device selection command thus the 3 pre amps, the "example.txt" file and the graphic EQ will be done on all devices. To avoid this, at the top click green plus icon -> Control -> Device. In this device selection command select your HyperX mic device.
Btw. Perhaps remove the "example.txt" include file. It has a bass boost example which you might not want on your mic. Also, 3 pre amps of a total of 60 dB is huge. Your voice might clip causing distortions.

The microphone works now and its good but now its just basically whenever I do a command for my microphone it works but it does the same to my audio, does Peace Equalizer allow VST plugins?

The upcoming version uses the Configuration Editor for this under control of Peace. It proves to be very difficult to create a plugin interface. Then again, most Peace users don't use plugins as Peace offers plenty to manipulate the audio.
but it does the same to my audio
I understand but have you inserted a device selection command? Note that the above device drop down box in the Configuration Editor doesn't select your mic. It's only there for showing the graph (analysis panel).

No. I know it's very confusing as this app is called the "Device Selector". However, it doesn't select a device. With this you can install Equalizer APO on audio devices.
Anyway, I meant what's in the screenshot I attached of the Configuration Editor. Look at the first command. That's the device selection command. I've highlighted it in the attached screenshot.
I'm using Bluetooth headphones

UPDATE
it just messes with my audio and doesn't do anything to my mic

Yep, again confusing. I wish the developer would do better. Anyway, uncheck "Select all devices" then check "Microphone HyperX Quadcast" and hit "Ok".
okay
