Nick completion in commands

Nicks are still wearing there @, + or % whenever a
command or alias is used.
This gives a wrong entry on nickbased commands or aliases.

ChatWindowName and ChatWindow

I can't seem to be able to compile version 3.0 from the
source, it's complaining that

ChatWindow
ChatWindowName

in frmMain can't be found, where are these functions
referenced?
