#100 splashImageFile freezes player if dotted name in path
When processing the splashImageFile URL, flowplayer seems to scan the URL for extensions from beginning to end and thus gets confused if there is a dot or an extension in path elements before the element identifying the actual image. Flowplayer seems to choke on the extension of the path element before the image path element.
For example, in our site, FLV files often have an id with an extension and the splash image is accessed as a sub-path of the file:
http://host/foo.flv/splash.jpg
IOW, in the URL above, it stops at "foo.flv" and doesn't continue on. The player just spins doing nothing.
