Embeding problem!

I am trying to embed the a video located at http://www.themonthly.com.au/tm/node/1365. The problem I am having is that the video plays automatically without being prompted to. I have unticked the auto play tick box in the advanced flash properties and it still begins to play as soon as the page opens. Would you know how to fix this problme?
