Chameleon: Clarify installation instructions

Chameleon from 1.2.8. only worked if a prior
installation of Chameleon was deleted manually.
E.g.
http://flux4eclipse.sourceforge.net/userguide/concepts/rational_rose/rational_rose.html
does not mention this and the installation script did
not show any warning.

Others might give up here, so better clarify the
instructions and add at least a hint to the Chameleon
installer.

Chameleon: add "not saved" warning

The following happens too often to me:

Using Chameleon, I export an instance model from Rose.
After generating with Flux, everything is well and
I submit the Rose Model and struts-config to my SCM.

Unfortunately, the changes made in Rose are not saved
yet and the only indicator is Rose's dialog "Save
changes?" when I close Rose hours later ...

I would like to have a dialog "Model not saved.
Continue? Yes / No" when I call "Export instance model"
from
an unsaved model. The "No" button could also
be exchanged for a "Save & Continue" button ;-)

Chameleon: Sort Rules

Implement another Chameleon feature which sorts the
comma-separated contents of all incl- and excl-clauses
alphabetically.
It can be manually called under Tools / Chameleon /
"Sort Rules"

Example:

excl=(XYZ,ABC,STU)

will be changed to

excl=(ABC,STU,XYZ)

Chameleon: Adopt instance model

Implement functionality to adopt incl- and excl-rules:
Choose "Tools / Chameleon / Adopt instance model …"
which opens a dialog to choose an existing instance and
enter the "name" of a new instance.
Chameleon then (alphabetically correct) adds the name
of the new instance to all rules that contain the
chosen instance.
