#1182 Contacts redownloading and partly disappearing in Build 243

If FMA is closed, on re-opening and reconnecting to phone, FMA prompts me to redownload phonebook. This is the message box that appears:

This happens no matter whether the phone was connected physically to the computer or not or if the phone was "Connected" to FMA or not when FMA is closed.
SECONDLY, however, if I leave FMA open and disconnect the phone and reconnect, it does NOT give me this prompt. BUT the phonebook in FMA is shortened when the phone is plugged in and I toggle connect. It stops with (and includes) the first entry of the entries beginning with "P." This last one shown is #45 of a total 65 entries. To get them all to show, I have to right-click in the phonebook entries and select "Download Entire Phonebook..." The phonebook stays intact until situation described occurs.
