Recent changes to bugs

Certain mp3s will not be added.

SOme mp3s will not be allowed to be added, no matter
what I do. Others it will allow. No visible reason it
doesn't show up. I dumped this app because of it...

graphic template dont work

phpbb forum doesn't read the foing template, in the
default templates folder of forum!!!so 'install' voice
does not appear inside forum's management styles admin.

the only way for displaying contents of foing
templates, is copying fiiles inside templates folder in
to a pre-existing template folder.

All this allows foing cms works, but forum remains
without precedents graphics templates.

adding a file, I don't have permission as admin

I'm the admin, I go to add the file and it says that I don't have
permissions to do that. In the config file I set add permission to
all settings and I still can't add the file. I made sure the mp3,
which resides on the same server as foing and phpbb, has
permissions for owner, group and world to read and execute the
file, but still nothing.

Flash Stream & Netscape

Friend uses netscape and the flash streams do not work.
I check Foing sample website with Netscape and it
doesn't work their either.
