Dear Sir,

I have smartphone Le 2 x527 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652, I had a try to install
RR-P-v7.0.2-20190426-s2-Unofficial.zip

But there were some notifications kinda of

'Trust .System security | This assembly was signed by public keys',
'Trust .System security | SELinux mode is not Enforcing, your security under threat'
'Super user is turned off'

every start of device.

The question is 'What happened?'

I have a rectangular cube nanostructure of dimensions 15 x 15 x 45 nm, which consists of a total of 14 squares of 52bp side connection, and the diameter of the squares is drawn using an edge of 74bp. The edges of the structure are DX type.
First question: To relax my structure, I first take 2 million Monte Carlo steps and then 100 million MD relaxation steps. Do you think this number of steps is okay? A large number of Monte Carlo steps does not damage the structure? How do I know when my structure is completely relaxed?
Second question: After my MD relaxation to the top and bottom of the cube, which are 15 x 15 nm squares, I want to apply force using the force model 'string', in the input file, should I write 'max_backbone_force = 5' and 'max_backbone_force_far=10' ? Is there a problem if I don't write these two parameters? What if I write? Is it okay?
