I have modularity in users.php but that should be abstracted to a class and reside in its own class files. All other files should use these functions/classes.

Right now I'm using insert into table values() instead of instead into table () values () which would obviously be much more useful for people not using the same exact table structure as me.

PHP short open tags off

Allow php short open tags to be off and still work with freeradius admin.
