#279 LSB Init Header required
Having a .fw script on SysV Init Debian derived distributions creates warnings during routine maintenance tasks (any time the Debian based update-rc.d utility is invoked). This could be easily overcome by prepending the .fw script with an LSB Init Header from a template in the same way the firewall comments are prepended to the .fw script.
Arguably, FWBuilder should comply with all LSB requrements, as then any issues become the responsibility of the Distro Maintainers :)
