For instance, a piece of code that would search for the total energy in a log file, and then paste that numerical information in to an Excel document or OpenOffice spreadsheet document. This way the user could quickly access data that they deem important in a spreadsheet like format. It would also make a good way to quickly make decisions towards a hypothesis and so forth. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I was hoping that future versions of this software would allow the user to use outside basis sets. That is, when the run ab initio program is ran, the user can specify the directory for the gms run file to search for the EXTBAS command. You know, somewhere besides the /dev/null location, to the location where the extra basis set is located on the disk (like the WinGAMESS file folder).&lt;br /&gt;
