hidden (minimized to the system tray, or just behind &lt;br /&gt;
other windows), the user will not notice. Add an &lt;br /&gt;
indicator to the system tray icon to indicate there are &lt;br /&gt;
unseen chat messages.  Maybe just a little red circle in &lt;br /&gt;
the corner?  It would go away when the window gains &lt;br /&gt;
focus.  Another indicator could be to flash the title bar if &lt;br /&gt;
the window is showing.  Maybe there could be &lt;br /&gt;
