is used with cmt_c2cpp.  If the protected comment is a&lt;br /&gt;
multi-line comment it will add // to all the following&lt;br /&gt;
lines until it reaches the next token.  It also forgets&lt;br /&gt;
to close the comment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The attached file shows the settings used, and sample&lt;br /&gt;
input and output.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At the end of the attached file is a code snippet from&lt;br /&gt;
the Indent_SplitCmtToIndent() function that shows my&lt;br /&gt;
