#167 invoice preview ignores footer/headers
The invoice preview at the end of the create-new-invoice proccess ignores the headers/footers created in the template.
Workaround atm is to save footer contents in the document elsewhere and copy and paste it to a newly attached footer in the preview, which is a little bit limited from bug [#166]
i work on 64bit gentoo linux box with the following components installed:

this apparently refers to dedicated header and footer lines, not header and footer in terms of before and after the item table
yes, the dedicated header and footer lines are affected
