The warning appears after rename, with/out clearing the Problems view. But first step to do after project creation is to build the project, then rename.

I confirm, the behaviour can be reproduced.
Apparently the problem had no functional consequences, there were (more or less normal) exceptions after changing the name.
Please check the version from updates-test to confirm it is ok.
I installed the version from update-test. However, I don't know what to test, the warning is still there.
