Built in GPS receiver cann't be activated

My Phone is SAMSANG I900. OS: WM6.1. It has a built in GPS receiver.

I set the correct COM port (It is COM3 on my device) for the inprut provider.
Start the gps proxy. I can get the serial data from this port. But the longitude and latitude fieds are always empty.
It seems that the GPS receiver isn't really activated.

If I start Google map first and let the Google map activate the GPS receiver, then the gps proxy can get the valid data.

Maybe the gps proxy needs to do something more to activate the GPS receiver.

I have who issues which are a sort of bugs.

I cna't find PC (windows) version of GPSProxy - GPSProxyPC. Where is the download link? On the project page all I can download is pocket PC version :(

The summary on the project page is incomplete and cut-off.

I installed GPSProxy 2.2 into the ROM of my hp rw6828
PDA (WM5). Configured necessary and all it is able to
startup and interacting with the BT GPS device
GPSlim236.

I then attempted to configure it so that it can
automatically launch Garmin Que by enable "Run
External App after Proxy Startup" in Menu - Settings -
Launch. When I clicked on the .. button, I got this
error "An unexpected error has occurred in
GPSProxy.exe. Select Quit and then restart this
program, or select Details for more information."

To be affirmed, the software is running perfectly
with Garmin Que, but just the problematic option to
launch external app is not working.

Thanks Andrew for the Good Work.But I have one problem
which is related to Vertual Com port .I was using your
GpsProxy 2.2 software with Garmin IQue with Serf
reciever .The program was working very good.
Then I istalled Widcomm stack on my Axim x51V ROM
06and I lose all sitelites after 1 minute of work on
IQue 2.7 .Even thought GPSProxy show full reseption
Garmin shows that searching for com port.
I read on AximSite that it happend to few users as
well.And they use vertual com port from GPSGate.
All my other applicatons as TomTom and OCN5 is working
fine.
I think the problem in Vertual com port.
I have Windows mobile 5 and Axim x51v.
