Only way how get access to GPS data is TCP/IP protocol. For example, commercial application GPS Gate can do it. Will be great if GPS Proxy will be have this. &lt;p&gt;The Pilot plug of a ship AIS is giving the position, heading... of the ship in a "VDO" phrase of a NMEA chain, at 38400 Bds. &lt;br /&gt;
Could it be transform to a virtual std NMEA position chain for the software not compatible with this phrase ?&lt;/p&gt;
