This is a definite bug with the HLSL compiler - the iteration loop does not dynamically bailout when called from inside a conditional (e.g. if (needsMoreSamples == true) then Iterate(x,y)), but does bailout when called otherwise (e.g. Iterate(x,y) ).

This is likely a DirectX 9 issue, and not vendor specific, since the DirectX 10 version works just fine with (almost) identical code.

In any case, there's nothing I can do about this.

Error when entering # of iterations

If the iterations box ever contains an invalid number, even while you're still entering it, the program will throw an error. This is a trivial fix, but I forgot to fix it today.

Fullscreen not restored on resume

If the display device is lost for whatever reason (computer enters sleep mode, desktop changed through a script, ect.) the screensaver will revert to windowed mode.

Multi monitor issue

At present, Julia only reconizes the primary display - secondary monitors remain displaying whatever they were before. Moreover, control input for programs displaying in secondary monitors is not even recognized, allowing the user to to whatever he/she wishes on the second display without waking up out of the screensaver!
