https://sourceforge.net/p/sdcc/feature-requests/527/ indicates that current gputils has some fixes that are important to make pic16 regression testing work for SDCC. I guess it would be good to have those in a released version of gputils.

I do not know when this can happen because already long time busy with my work. That's why do have very little (or almost none) my time to working in the gputils project.
